A four-day retreat to start the year with a renewed relationship with your creativity.

Do you want to practice your creativity every day?  Do you feel bad when you put off your creative practice?  Or find it difficult to begin again?

Register for yourself for this 4-day retreat and we’ll practice together getting back to what’s essential: ourselves and our richly creative lives.  We will define our personal creative practices through a model of “doing, being, resting and renewing.”  With a focus on getting started and remaining creative every day, we’ll practice releasing our personal barriers to our creativity.  Then, we will study and explore techniques to remain creative through exercises in intuitive visual art, free writing, somatic movement, guided visualization, and other creative activities you’d like to explore in Pendle Hill’s gorgeous, light-filled art studio, “Sally’s Place.”  Other areas of exploration will include goal setting, time management, intrinsic rewards, accountability, self-forgiveness, gentleness, and spirituality.

Whether you are a visual artist, writer, musician, dancer, actor, craftsperson, gardener, chef, or other kind of creative being, this program may be just what you need to start the year with renewed commitment and persistence with your creativity.  Perfect for creative Neurospicy and Neurotypical adults, seniors, and teens, let’s practice together a steadfast relationship with our personal creative needs and dreams!
