The Pendle Hill Fall Chorus
With Jackie Coren
September 16 - December 16, 2026
A non-audition community chorus. “We work hard and have a good time.”
The Pendle Hill Chorus invites new members for an exciting Fall season! Come Sing With Us!
Singing since 1993, we are a non-audition ensemble, welcoming all — from the beginner to the more experienced. The ability to read music, while helpful, is not required.
We sing sacred and secular music from around the world and through the ages: Medieval to contemporary.
The only requirement is a commitment to learning the music and supporting each other through attendance at weekly rehearsals.
There is great beauty and power in the sound of people singing together!
Please contact Jackie and Joan directly with any questions. We’d love to talk with you about the Chorus!

The Pendle Hill Chorus remains committed to welcoming all interested singers, and nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. However, as we strive to invest in the sustainability of Pendle Hill and compensate the labor that goes into facilitating the chorus (including the direction and accompaniment), we invite singers to register and pay as they are led and able. In Jewish tradition, the number 18 represents life. We suggest the prices below in the spirit of investing in the life of our community, but we invite you to choose whatever fee is right for you.
